Initially the product arrived damaged which is certainly not something that the company should be held responsible for as they had thoughtfully wrapped it in bubble wrap fragile tape

However the delivery company somehow managed to break the glass

Again thoughtfully the company had included a leaflet with instructions in case the frame receives damaged a simple email to their customer service team

The joints are not very visible and the frame is quite wide

Only reason for downrating it slightly is that the front is not glass like the product details suggest but plastic
