Pros
Not easy to install but be patient use a pencil to hold it in place when inserting it in the opening. Lock is very sturdy and well built. Easy to install.
A replacement for 23 yr old french sliding doors. The latch on our 25 year old wooden slider was worn out. It fit perfect in the original oem part location.
Fast shipping. Not a huge deal but unexpected work. My only regret is that i didn't purchase it earlier.
Cons
Poorly made. Started malfunction after 2 weeks of operations. Called and refund was processed. Mounting screw heads are shallow and strip easy.
