Pros
Use these liners as the first layer. This is a secret i learned years ago about preventing blisters. They work exactly as advertised. Lg for size 10-10.
Cons
They run like nylon stockings. The sock liner is very thin and light weight, but did nothing to protect my feet.
These items are not returnable. These are pointless. There is zero chance of trying these again.

I thought they were rather pricy for what they were though just a thin synthetic material withough obnoxious seams
