The recycling time matches my other monolights and is fired by pocketwizard remote triggers

Even though this is a 100ws light the flash can be quite blinding without a diffuser and the reboot time between flashes is very fast perhaps two seconds at the most

The light has an optical sensor on the top ideal location so it can be triggered as a slave by any flash in the room regardless of positioning other units have this feature but place it on the back of the light forcing you to be behind the light for it to work
