Pros

Replaced the resistor and blower. Very easy, bolt in replacement on 2008 silverado. My only complaint is that the connector is changed to a pigtail so now there is extra wiring hanging down.

Cons

The fan blade wheel is shorter than the original which decreased the air volume output by about 30%. Installed the motor turned on the heater made loud noises. Gave two of my coworkers headaches on separate car rides due to the pitch of the noise. War... Read More
