The flag pole kit i ordered from another company came with plastic clips for the flags

These flag clips are solid brass not speedcast mumetal so they should hold up to the stress of supporting a 8foot flag displayed 247 a lot better than the junky silvercolored ones that are sold everywhere did

My only minor gripe is that the ring which accepts the rope loop is a bit small to accommodate a typical flagpoleweight rope making it difficult to install in a way that doesnt put undue lateral stress on the ring
