The only difference is that the pen has golden and black details on the outside which makes it very distinguishable from the case

The actual pen looks exactly how it does in the online photos if not better in person

We did not realize at the time that we bought it that it did not come with an ink cartridge or ink to fill the pen until he went to use it earlier this week

Had trouble adding the ink cartridge but it didnt even matter because the pen writes beautifully

Possible cons are that the cap does not screw on but it has a satisfying snap when it closes and when the cap is posted the pen is too top heavy
