As with most packs both sides need to have approx even weight distribution or the pack hangs too far to one side or the other

I put a 12 size water bottle in each side pocket so it adds some weight but isnt too much for her the backpack is really easy to put on not as easy a id like it to be to adjust but i think it might be because its too big which is why 4 stars instead of 5

I have seen a lot of training videos that say to load one of these down with water sand or supplies and walk your dog to let them know they are in work mode not play mode
