I have everything on a smartthings power outlet and have them programmed to reboot every few days and it helps keep everything stable
I have them mounted in eaves with cat6 cable routed through attic to poe switch
Not as good as picture as i had hoped compared to my hikvision
Im not sure if this is true for all new foscam products but a special plugin was required to configure as well as view from a webbrowser
