Pros

Cameras work great and they see in the dark very well. For the past 5 months or so, they have been on 24/7 and still seem to work great in complete darkness, it's almost eery. Use smart phones & other devices to monitor.

Great service support calls from calvin, very helpful. Works as advertised.

Setup takes some technical savvy and troubleshooting. I use them with a synology disk station and they work seamlessly with their software.

The ethernet connection works as it should and so does the wifi connection. The included 9dbi antennas work well when outside. These pick up audio and can send audio, so 2-way communication is pretty good for what it is.

Cons

Sound on both of these cameras is completely useless. Any slight touch of the power connector causes it to reboot. The phone queue is not actually a queue, but a ruse to get you to hang up before reaching anyone.
