Bruce has a really engaging writing style which makes the whole thing really accessible. This book transcends the workplace, and forces the reader to really hold a mirror up to better understanding their own motivations and preconceptions.
This is a thoughtful, in-depth piece of writing that should make you think differently. The author write beautifully, with empathy, expression and humor.
