The black smoke that was coming out of my exhaust stopped and my car regained all the horsepower it lost when the turbo was faulty

You may get black smoke for a while but that is the soot being blown out

The turbo gets gummed up with soot over time and it is good to clean out the egr simple enough but the turbo fan gets stuck with age and the turbo stops working

But for the idiots out there it is only a cleaner and it will not fix wornbroken injectors or turbos
