Pros
The box is as advertised. In comparison to other vehicle vaults it is smaller, cheaper and leaves more room.
This is the toughest safe i have come across in this price range. Nothing is foolproof, but this will definitely stop the smash and grab crooks that haunt the parking lots of many stores or driveways. It's like moving up a rung with this safe.
This is awesome and can be installed in some trucks in the console. It has to lay slightly sideways but fits fine and no problems getting it out if you are in a hurry. I am pleased to find this sturdy compact safe.
Even the smallest, this auto * box, is worth the investment. It doesn't have to be used for securing a firearm. Fits perfectly and is very conveniently concealed in a place where hopefully nobody ever finds it.
Cons
The box construction is excellent but the mechanical push-* on the lock are horrendous. The lock * are poor fitting and rattle constantly.
