This is the first time I've tried a forskolin product so didn't k ow what to expect. I assumed it would be like a Garcinin product but quite different. It's certainly seemed less subtle than Garcinia to me with noticable effects on day one, these being a bit of speeded up metabolism and energy. Tried for just over a week and got better digestion and bowls movements along with deeper sleep. I did try it once in the evening and it definetly had minor stimulatory effect but nothing drastic. Definetly does what it says on the tin for me so thumbs up on a good results product with no side effects and no nasty unessessary additives.Got this for a small discount in return for my honest and on biased review  Read Less
