Since ive started using these my costco big cheese purchases are staying fresh without mold forming for much longer than they did stored in something like a ziplock bag

The cheese in the formaticum was perfect but i had a different cheese it in so it isnt a true comparison

Unfortunately the rewrapping was a problem for the hubby mixed up the papers between cheeses and sticker did not always stay
