Amazing results and i am not a seller i wanted to cleanse my body and lose a few pounds
I have been on the diet for 3 days now and have lost 7 lb i weighed myself yesterday morning and was absolutely amazed to have lost the 7 lb in only 2 days
Only really struggled at around 9pm on the 2nd day but went to bed and woke up refreshed and ready for day 3
I needed something drastic to change my way of thinking i needed to cut out bread crisps and all the crap as i was now weighing in at 16stone
