It is very moisturizing. The bees wax makes it creamy. It has a strong fragrance, but it's an appealing one.
The aloe-propolis combination in a skin treatment creme proves to be very efficient. The aloe helps smooth the skin and the itching. Otherwise it is very effective with pimples.
Cons
Parabens are a known carcinogen to humans. It makes my skin dryer than before. It totally stinks and gives me a headache.
