Pros

This one is good for the buck. It is easy to use specially for small children. It works pretty well, though it has the usual issues of ear temp's being a bit hard to aim.

It's also been fun to use it to see the temp of inanimate objects and room temp in general. To use the ear portion, you just remove the cap that's used for the forehead and you'll have the spout exposed to place in ear to get a temperature reading.

Forehead and ear digital infrared thermometer is a pretty neat device. It comes with a cute little drawstring baggy to store it in. It requires two aaa batteries, which are included so it's ready for use upon receipt.
