Pros
Used for an outdoor daybed on my patio. We have a kiddo who has accidents. Its soft and comfortable like a regular sheet but has a protective lining on the inside that keeps my mattress dry.
Cons
Pockets are not deep at all. Barely fits the matress, right on the edges. Buy a better grade cover worth a few bucks more.

I have an 864 square foot house and this unit does not get the humidity below 70 percent in the basement

After one wash per the instructions it ripped and pieces are coming off of it

By far the best one ive bought but washing it is hard because on the spin cycle when its trying to drain all the water out the water doesnt come out
