They slip in your shoes and work as advertised, an excellent value. Second pair for snow sneakers.

This insole has very good support for the arch. It has enough cushion to make every one of my shoes bearable again. They seem to be pretty rugged.

Cons

Rest of the insert is thin, and constructed of hard, compressed foam. It offers very minimal support and cushion to the rest of the foot.
