Pros

Pro’s insoles are very light and comfortable. Makes my sport workout shoes feel like new. Takes a while to get my feet back into the groove with these insoles. Turns any new or old work boot into your best fitting boot.

They are comparable to custom orthotics i have purchased from a podiatrist in the past. They're extremely comfortable and supportive. They also are extremely durable.

Product comes with a disclaimer that there might be discomfort the first few days, but honestly the discomfort was minimal. Very helpful in reducing my back, knee and sciatic pain.

Scholl's arch support inserts. I find it more resilient than the expensive custom orthotics i have. The cradling comfort is just fantastic!

Cons

It has absolutely no redeeming qualities. They're also very pricey. If they had helped, it would have been worth every penny.

These insoles do not fit any of my sport shoes (running sneakers, walking sneakers), hiking boots, or lace-up walking shoes. The heel has zero padding. They have hardly any arch support. Did not fit in my size 10sneaker.
