This item works well. Overall, it does the job for me but a little disappointed in what it actually does. Works great. Very satisfied like!

The length is great but there is no way to lock the handle so it's always flexing at the horn. Flexibility is a liability. Too floppy. Didn't like the flex end.

The shoehorn has a flat area and the horn bends. The hinged end of the shoe horn flops around sideways.
