Pros
It fit into my shoe with ease. It is comfortable not squishy. Very durable and will last. Very dense foam makes it feel great.
They work just as good as the inserts from my podiatrist. These are a good insert for boots, i have plantar fasciitis.
These are great to wear inside wide shoes or lace-up shoes. They allow a little more room by not lacing as tight. They are really comfy and really help boost me.
Footinsole makes a 1 lift that i've found is mostly agreeable for low-ankle shoes. But on the converse, they're amazing. The only downside is that the small fabric on the insoles is already starting to come off.
Cons
It is so torturing after putting this into my shoes. Please make for normal width shoes. Be careful and check before purchasing.
The left insole arch support padding isn't right for my foot. These are heel boosters, so i'm not sure why that arch support/padding was added in at all.

Im only mentioning this because if you have leather boots they will need time to stretch since your footheal sits higher

I havent tried this in sneakers or low shoes as i feel they wont work as well since my heal we be halfway up the back
