Pros

They are so comfortable and actually add a slight bounce to my walk. They feel a little squishy at first but you get used to them. Very comfortable; not at all mushy like some of the gel ones.

The shoe fits like cinderella's glass slipper. Lld is the largest size that will fit into a tennis shoe comfortably.

These are great. Still highly approve just a little misguiding. They work well. They seem to be good quality.

I'm flat footed an these feel great. However, they need stronger rigidity thru the metatarsal and toe area. Aweeome soles, was looking for something like this for a long time.

Cons

The exterior design is good, but the interior design is way too soft. As soon as you put your weight on it, the height increase disappears. It feels like a foam pad.
