It works well with my womens wide shoes but in my opinion it could be difficult to use if you have a very small or very narrow foot as the plastic collar only flexes a little when inserting into the shoe

Great product i am a female and i was unsure when i ordered if the would fit smaller shoe sizes it worked great would recommend it for anyone who has trouble with the back of shoes bending down when slipping shoes on no problem with that with this itemremoval of horn is a breeze with cord attached
