Foot traffic leg warmers have enough stretch to comfortably cover my 23 inch thigh without binding uncomfortably. They have a rubber band type thing on the closed side instead of a cuff. They comfortably reach mid-thigh.

Amazing, warm, and multipurpose. I live in a place where winter is an arctic tundra like the ninth circle of frozen *. Layer these over my thick fleece lined thermal leggings, or under sweatpants or joggers.

The "stretch grade" and "fit" grading is tricky because they’re very stretchy but they never return to size. The biggest complaint i have is that while they do stretch, the don’t “snap back” like you’d want in a sock.

The product says long and the picture shows them mid foot to upper thigh with slack to spare. These still puddled around my ankles after 3 or 4 steps. Thankfully the ankle portion is not too tight for upper thighs, even mine.

They’re very itchy with plasticy feel to make the grey look like wool and the black one to seem thicker and fuller. The material is slightly scratchy. They itch like crazy when you take them off.
