Pros

They really help cushion the balls of my feet, and keep my feet from sliding forward in my high heels. These help my slides/mules stay on. Been buying for years, really helps with sandals and thong style.

Cons

These provide pretty much no cushioning. Can pinch skin and cause pain. I love the foam version of these but the gel ones really hurt my feet.
