Pros
Both do differently with my feet. Bought these to work out my sore feet after work. The spikes are comfortable and promote circulation.
Highly recommend. I watch a demo and it explain how to use it. Super simple and useful. Would buy it again. Good price too.
The red spikey ball is strong enough to relieve the heal pain i get. Have been using the foot roller and the softer ball for just less than a week.

Cons
The two simple spectra balls are too squishy and sometimes slide on the flooring during use. The blue spiky ball is flimsy and spikes are not firm. The red ball is a bit firmer, but not worth the price.

Hard part was when i am rolling my both feet or one on them it tends to roll away from me on hard surface

My husband wasnt as much of a fan of these spiky balls because they were inflated so you cant put a lot of weight on them or theyll squish

The only complaint i have about this it is that the blue ball formed a tear after using for about a week and slowing started tearing it is currently not useable but i’m just going to buy another set
