Pros & Cons
Pros
Used this to sous vide an 8lb prime rib roast on christmas day. Great for sous vide of large food items.
Received this product super fast. Much better pricing as well. Quick delivery. Will order again.
Cons
The bags are gusseted and never properly sealed. Does not work with my food saver. Seems like it works for some people, but it is a crapshoot.
Highlights
Quality
Great for bulky foods like whole chicken lamb roast or large quantities of anything
These bags work very well for holding your typical 1 kg roll of filament
Absolutely no compromise in quality and usefulness
Have used the food saver brand expandable bags for awhile now but even with triple seals they seemed to leak half the time
Price
Very goodand 50 feet long for about the same price as 11 feet in the stores
Outstanding substitute for food saver in terms of price and value
It just means they give you more bag for the money
Shipping
Arrived quickly and was exactly what i wanted
Packaging/appearance
Sent a whole cake in a bundt pan sealed in this bag all the way to africa
Competitiveness
Less expensive than the foodsaver brand and seems to be working great so far
The gusset or expandable part is not as large as what is on the name brand gusseted bags

I vacuum out as much air as possible for brining i end up using less salt sugar and water since the entire turkey would be 34submerged34 in the brine as opposed to using a 5 gallon bucket

Yes it expanded and we could get the brisket in there but the expanding part is hard to get a good seal on when you vacuum it

Follow instructions and leave extra room at the top to get a good seal
