Pros & Cons
Pros
As they often come mixed with mung beans in sprouting mixes. They cook faster than other beans and they are flavorful.
Cons
It's ridiculous to have to soak them for about 1. They cook up as mush. There are a ton of shriveled brown/grey beans mixed in, which look unsafe to eat.
Not significant sprouting after 10 days. Quality is just like the one i can buy at any supermarket. Stale product. No sprouting quality.
Highlights
Quality
Easy to cook good flavor and good source of protein
They were of good quality and am anxious to fix a big pot of beans
They didnt take that long and are small neutral tasting and good fiber
Before take 4 hours to cook now take me 2 hours 🎉😀
Price
Thank you for quality organic food at a reasonable price
A little pricey but made some delicious sweet red bean paste
Shipping
It arrived very quickly and i love the adzuki beans
Arrived quickly which was appreciated because the weather was not favorable to food that might sit waiting to be delivered or picked up
They arrived quickly and i decided to pressure cook them and freeze them so they could be easily added recipes
Competitiveness
So far i ordered black beans and adzuki beans from this vendor and they seem better than what i get from whole foods
So these other legumes will be quite a bit ahead even making the adzukis seem to be 34dead34

Bought it after watching a korean drama and saw a mochi type dessert with a sweet filing

These have a naturally sweetish hint so you dont need as much sugar in a mochi recipe if using these beans as a filling or topping
