Pros
Product does exactly as advertised. Works great for hydration and moisture retention. Works to turn ionic silver into amber colloidal silver.
Nacho sauce, gourmet mac and cheese, perfect fondue. Chili con queso is always delicious and velvety right off the stovetop. Gluten free/low carb cauliflower cheese sauce.
Makes it thick and flavorful and keeps it from separating. It does a great job of smoothing the cheese so it doesn't clump up. It makes blending a breeze.

Melt butter in a pan stir in enough flour to make a thin roux then add a little milk add the sodium citrate and stir until dissolved
The cheese melted but was not homogenizingemulsifying and i had a soupy mixture of liquid and melted cheese
Price
Great value for the price it did not change the flavor or change the taste at all
The capsules i initially purchased cost 80 for a onemonth supply so buying in bulk saves a lot of money
The product maybe a little pricey but it was worth it
Works for what i needed it for and for the prices i see on amazon this was one of the best for amount
Shipping
It arrived quickly and makes sauces cheese in particular so smooth
Packaging/appearance
No taste that i could detect and the packet is resealable
I followed the recipe on the back of the package using colby jack and water and 1 tsp of sodium citrate
Not sure what more i can say except for that it is well packaged sodium citrate
Packages a little more than i’m ever going to need but i guess now i have it when i need it

I found it works best when i use real cheese that i shred from a block and i have to use a little bit more of this than it says on the package
