Pros & Cons
Pros
The trick is in defrosting them before toasting. Another way to soften them is to dab them with water before you bake it.
English muffin is my favorite gluten free choice for breakfast. I've been gf for many years, and excluding fresh bread from a now-closed local shop halfway around the world, this is my favourite gluten free breakfast item.
The crunch is my favorite and the flavor and texture are the best for my husband and i. It’s super low calorie as well as low on fat. Just a little bit of heat will change the texture and softness.
These are my favorite. I like these becase they are hearty, and delicious. These are so much more substantial and satisfying. Will definitely put these in my regular rotation.
Cons
Not worth the $6-$7 imo. These are horrible. Will not be buying this ever again. They are awful.
