Pros

When they're finished i just take the sheet out and rub the sides together letting the onion pieces fall into a bowl. Fruit rolls peel off but do stick a little leaving a slight residue behind.

These protect my sugar cookies from drying out when i am setting my icing in the dehydrator. Instead of rotting food or finding someone to take the extra veggies.

They are durable and perfect for my dehydrator. They keep small pieces from dropping through the racks as they shrink. Cut several to fit the racks.

Cleans up nicely. They clean up extremely easy. They are super easy to clean.

Cons

These are thin and way to flimsy for my needs. These sheets stick. The sheets seems to discolor where the food was placed. All the sheets used have spots all over.

I do wish they just come in the 9x9 size and i didnt have to cut them to size everytime i ordered them though
