Pros
The controls are super easy to use especially for beginners. The machine is very light, easy to clean. It's lightweight andeasy to use. Cleanup is simple and washing the parts is easy.
The only issue i have is that i bought it and a week later there was a 10$ coupon rebate on it. Have used it over 10 times and has not disappointed.
The bottom tray seems more powerful than the top trays. The drying racks are adjustable in height by turning them 180 degrees. All the trays are dishwasher safe and they do fit in the dishwasher well.
Timer and temperature settings are easy to change. The user manual provides instructions about the time/temperature for different kinds of food. That seems to be more challenging, but i'll give it a try anyway.
Good size for countertop. Large capacity. It holds quite a bit for its fairly compact size. Multi levels allow for larger quantities of product to me done.
Cons
It either burns the food or doesn't dehydrate. Pls help, i am on hour 12 of dehydrating chives, they are no where near dehydrated. Seller & amazon lack of support.

Some things i have tried to dehydrate took forever and remained soft but i am hoping it was due to high humidity or human error

This device is pretty small about the size of a large bread box and is the kind of thing that i would keep on the kitchen countertop only when needed and then i would put it away otherwise because i don’t need a dehydrator running 100 of the time

I do think this is poorly designed for small items like flowers as the holes in the rack cannot be covered and anything as small as a small flower head or even a herb is going to end up falling right through the holes

If you’re interested in making dehydrated foods this is a good machine to start with just don’t try dehydrating things like herbs and flowers
