The food babe helps you find the healthiest options available in the store. This cookbook contains not only amazing recipes - but great information on learning about ingredients and cleaning out your pantry.

The recipes in this book are so far a huge disappointment. Think inedible. This cookbook is a letdown. Since this is a cookbook and not an informational book, i give it a 1.

Most of the recipes are either pretty basic stuff (oatmeal, granola, roasted veggies, ect) or filler of smoothie recipes that are no-brainers. The recipes need to be something your friends would ask for if you took it to a potluck.
