The only way to use the emergency valet key is to remove the cover completely from the key

Now i havent had mines for too long 2 months but it still looks brand new and none of the icons pictured for the lock car hatch open and horn look faded nor have they worn off

I wish i knew about these when i drove my car off the dealership because 3 months after i dropped my remote on the concrete driveway when i was coming home from work one night and trying to get the key to open the front gate in the keyhole and they fell on the floor scratching my brand new remote if i would have had this cover it would have prevented the brand new remote from getting scratched
