Quality

You dont get much for the price but the quality was great

I am late to the fondant game only started using it a year ago but i was never that enthused with the taste of it until i tried this brand

I am also very pleased with the taste people will actually eat the fondant when i use this brand instead of peeling it off and tossing it

Its also nice to know the product isnt sitting on a shelf for years before being sold because the product seemed fresh

It does not dry out as fast as others

By this i mean i had a little trouble maneuvering the soft fondant to cover the cake

Of note it says you do not need cornstarch

It was hard when i took it out of the container
