On occasion it somehow doesnt screw on perfectly straight which causes a small leak when you charge it

This may be a common issue with this style charger as the top is off balance due to the cartridge and spout hanging off to the side

So it could be the case with all mfgs or maybe this could use a better material for the threads on the top unit
