Pros

I love that it folds up for easy storage. We live in a small townhouse and i found a nook where it stores conveniently and out of the way. My only complaint is that the cord does not store in it when folded.

The bread proofing capability is outstanding as well. It solves the problem of finding somewhere in the house to raise bread. Every loaf comes out of the oven with good spring, crunchy crust and nice crumb.

The only down side i see is that it is tremendously over priced. Easy setup. Well worth the price.

Just like it's supposed to be. You won't be disappointed. This proofer is one of the luckiest purchases i have ever made. Hopefully in the next version.

Packaging/appearance

It was packaged nicely and the clear instructions made it quite easy to assemble and use

Problem solved placed my dough in the sourdough box and it proofed beautifully

The packaging was great the setup very simple and the ease of use is better than anticipated
