Exerciser is perfect for exercising lower extremities and he also uses it to exercise his arms (upper extremities) it has a nice indicator as well if you care how many calories you are burning, etc. Keeps track of rotations, time and calories burned. ... Read More

Pedal straps are adjustable for your feet. Can be used for your arms too. The only thing i would like differently is i wish it was alittle taller.

Cons

It slides on the floor so i have to put it against a table leg to keep it in position or i hook it behind a wheel of my desk chair. This could be corrected with a non-slip foot.

We find the design to be wrong. There is a reason that workout equipment cost money. This thing is so flimsy. Not happy with the shoddy quality of construction.

The box was ripped open as well on arrival. Returned it. I also reordered the item which is to arrive on sunday.
