Pros
The low-priced band gives a lot of value in in improving your body health. Would definitely recommend purchasing. A worthwhile addition to my gym collection.
Easy to use bands great to work lengs, thighs and buns. The heavier bands are perfect for more restricted, smaller movements. Different levels of resistance which is very important as you rehab different types of muscles.
The durability is very good. Well made and durable. Would definitely recommend for their durability and price.
These bands are great. They do the job. However these bands are a steal. For the price you can't beat it.
Cons
One of the straps was ripped right out of the package. They only stretch a few inches. And they seem thinner, even the xxheavy.

However this band is not meant for cardiovascular excercise which is a some sort of lacking in its design
