Pros
Overall, it’s a great product. Bands are exactly as advertised. These are cheaper than my old ones but honestly feel like the exact same quality. This product fits every description given!
This helps a lot with my morning yoga stretches! These bands can be used a variety of ways for either strength training or stretching. My only hesitationwith them is if they get stretched out and become less resistant over time?
Cons
The “x-heavy” level band equates to “light” or “medium” resistance of my previous set. In comparison these are garbage. They only stretch a few inches.
