Pros

Lump charcoal is so far superior to competion that it is not even close. The bag itself is sturdy and won't tear. It came well-packaged in a custom external cardboard box.

In restaurant kitchens it's all about cooking time. This is great for a typical weber kettle. Excellent product for grilling.

Also gets very hot when time to sear love the smell as well.
