I take dha, ala (alpha lipoic acid), and focus factor. Had a multiple fractured skull and spent a month in the hospital a year ago. I am measurably more alert and resourceful daily.
Highly recommend focus factor. This really helps me focus and i get everything done. I am 50 and in sales so have to be all on all of the time.
Aside from the flavor, this product works unbelievably well. I like that they are a multi-vitamin as well. Fish roe is number 1 for omega3s.

The pills are average sized no bigger than a tylenol pill they have a vitamin component so they taste like vitamins
