I love the fact that these magnets are made of foam and the magnet backing is sheet magnet so if a toddler does put it in their mouth there is no possibility of sucking off the magnet as opposed to the little circle magnets on many other letter magnets

I opted for the foam so that if she were to drop them they wouldnt make as loud a sound as the wooden

The magnet on the reverse side covers the entire surface vs just a tiiiinyyyy little magnetic chip that is barely holding on like the plastic version
