Wouldnt use it for highintensity running as the belt has slipped a few times when trying to run really fast but works great for a light jog

I personally find the actual belt is too short to run on but then again i am somewhat tall 5734 and much prefer just walking fast

If you want to use the app it is easy enough to use but you do need to allow all the permissions the app asks or it wont work i know i tried

Consheavy and not that easy to maneuver so no you cant simply slide it under your bed or sofa you have to park it like a big car
