The one thing i found that im still trying to figure out is that normally where the bulb meets the igniter on d1s systems the base is plastic

After a couple of days the bulbs did reach their colour temperature went from more on the yellow side to a nice even white

This is what i was looking for they fit my 2006 volvo s40 perfectly and they are very white no blue hue at all nor yellow

Fyi from my experience the 5000k lights are white

The lower than 5000k go to the yellow color and over the 5000k goes to the blue color
