Pros

This one seems to have a different material rubber (softer/malleable), which i would guess will last longer. Usually purchased at ace hardware.

Cons

It works fine for 50-60 flushes and then it pulls off. Maybe the elasticity of the material used is too weak. It indicates that it works for mansfield toilets - it does not.

Product works well and was very easy to install less than five minutes

Handle is now very easy to operate and the gasket makes a great seal

It got so difficult to flush that for the last few days i was taking the cover off the tank and flushing it from the inside

I installed the rubber seal it leaked i installed the second seal it leaked also right now i do not understand the problem

Awesome for under 8 and still have the extra gasket for next time

Cheaper than my local store as well so worth it for the price

I was initially skeptical but with the price as low as it was i figured why not

It saves ma 1015 on my water bill already

Amazon had the part it came in two days and i replaced the gasket myself
