Quality

This product works very well to house an echo dot

Cannot comment on sound quality as my dot is connected to in wall speakers and an amp

That allows for the power unit to be placed farther away than with the usb cable that comes with the echo

It seems to improve the sound quality slightly as well

I wish the price was maybe 1015 but no one in the market makes anything like it so price isnt a deal breaker to in this particular case

Havent tried to remove the dot yet but hopefully will not have to
