Pros

Bought for several species of roach (hissing, halloween, american, and lobster) it's doing a good job because my frog is 11 years old this year. The worms are nice and healthy and are even laying eggs.

Cons

My discoid roaches eat this up, but since i have switched to using this to feed the roaches, all 4 of my monitors refused to eat them after a few days.
